Xbox One No sound after returning to the game from dashboard

ive recently got my xbox one so still getting use to certain things. When i am playing a game and then go to dashboard, when i go back into game there i no sound. anyone know what im doing wrong? i have to quit the game and load it up again before the sound comes back !

Clearing the cache is one solution. Also make sure that this specific game is not on a different setting that your audio system does not support. Go into the options and reset everything to the defaults or try a different audio configuration type. Does this happen with all games or just a single title? Sounds strange to be honest (no pun intended)
