Edit: Hey just a FYI: The GTA Online Crew is not a forum. Its a clan for GTA online. You join via the link to the Rockstar social club and we can play online as a "gang". I'm the gang leader and I'm actually promoting people from the forums since there's 4 levels of hierarchy beneath me. It allows us to do missions, heist and gang battles together as a crew.
 
So, is this official? I clicked one the link and it takes me to official forum. I have not played GTA V much up until now. Only 2 hours into the game. I am going to download the Online counterpart as soon as it will be available.

Crews are part of the Rockstar Social Club. You need to make and account with Rockstar and then join the crew.
 
I just got home from work, turned on the game and got the title update. After choosing a character and all that good stuff I tried to connect online. TRIED being the operative word. "Cloud Servers Unavailable" "Unable to load characters 1 or 2. Try again later" and the ever annoying "Return to Grand Theft Auto 5 Story mode?".

NO Rockstar. I want to play online. And on day one of the MP I can't even connect? I realize there will be issues regarding stability for a game this size, but the developers KNEW there would be tons of people waiting. They KNEW how many copies they sold and how many servers they needed. Yet once again, a game fail.

Now that I got that out of my system, when I'm actually able to play a game I spent $60 for, I'll be awaiting the rest of the crew for some mayhem!

Tried playing before I left to work this morning and I got right on. So I guess the server issues aren't affecting everyone. Maybe after work I'll encounter some more problems due to the heavier traffic on the servers.

Yea...just as I had guessed. Tried for 2 hours to get on but no luck. . I can't be bothered anymore today. Well, I hope you all get along well with your game night tonight!!
