How do you feel about the direction he's taking Xbox so far?

i feel he is still trying to put out the fires that that whole xbox 180 deal caused, and on top of this he is trying to get the general public over resolutiongate as well. only time will tell how he does but i for one am glad to see that there is positive progress being made and the system is selling well

Things look good, Phil Spencer it's doing a great job at cleaning the mess that the early days of XBox One brought upon MS. And with him focusing more on video games instead of general entertainment, things are gonna look even better in the near future - and they should, the XBox1 is an awesome piece of hardware.

It's an uphill battle and he appears to be the leader Xbox needed from the beginning. It will still take some time for him to clean up all the mess the former leaders made, but long-term wise, I believe sales will increase and the XB1 will be a strong contender.

I think he has made some nice changes, but I know some that are turned off by the back and forth and dropping of the kinect.

The be all do all "one" box that a lot of people first bought the Xbox One for is pretty much on the back burner and by removing the kinect, its going to be less and less important to developers as now not every Xbox One will have it.

well for the first time Xbox hasn't outsold Play Station, so I can't help but think his leadership has something to do with that, but we'll see what the future holds for him
