Xbox 360 Question about Kinect and original 360

Hey!

So hears the deal, my mom would like to get the kinect for our household xbox. BUT the problem is that i have been hearing a lot of things like the kinect doesnt work very well or even at all on the original xbox 360's (The original white ones)

Please if someone could help me figure this out that would be awesome

Xbox 360 comes in white and black depending on the model. All Xbox 360 model is compatible with kinect. If you purchase kinect separately, just connect the cable that comes with it to your 360. There is also a manual that guides you in doing so.

I'm with the other poster, to my understanding the kinect should work with the 360 regardless as to which specific model we're talking about.
