I got this game for Christmas last year from my girlfriend, played it through until I beat it, then put it up and forgot about it. I came across it last night when I was looking for a game to play while I take a break from Black Ops 2. I'm going to play through it again and try to beat it with better scores on the questioning. It seems like I always got about half the questions wrong, because I would think the suspect/witness was lying when they weren't, or vice-versa. Anyone here have any tips for how to tell when they are or aren't being honest?

I had a hard time with this, too. I think the game was created so that each witness or suspect would be different from all the rest though, so I don't think there's a clear cut way to tell when they're all lying or telling the truth. I had to just play through the case more than once if I messed up really bad.

I think this is one of the hardest aspects of the game, but it's also what sets it apart from other games and makes it so much fun to play, at least in my opinion. What helped me (not 100% of the time, but a lot) was to pay attention to their hands, because people tend to fidget when they're lying, and often times the hands are a better gauge than the eyes/face.
