Xbox One Secret Access to Program Files

Recently I was exploring the app File Explorer and was uploading some music onto my console. All of the sudden I found a folder in the recent tab called "This-PC". Inside was a bunch of the xbox one program files, such as the icons for various apps, app data, account data, ect. After looking in it for a while I closed out of it and then I couldn't find it again. Can someone tell me if there is a way to access these files again?

Wait, how were you uploading music on the console? I guess it with some kind of mp3 with an usb cable, but I thought that isn't possible so I didn't really try. You mean.. they have lied to me?
