Sons of Anarchy game?

What is it with this game? It seems like there is little to no hope for it and I can't quite put my finger on the 'why'. Is it Kurt Sutter wants the game to properly reflect the show so as to avoid another Sopranos catastrophe? Will XBOX One be the right platform for this title? Is it that Fox feels there is not enough money to be made in this venture? Is the price a little high for the voice acting? Why?!?

Here's what I found over at Gamespot:

Responding to a question of "When is this [Sons of Anarchy] video game coming to life? Or will it ever?" Sutter replied, "Not looking good. But I'll keep throwing salt on the wound."
Today's status update is an upgrade from what Sutter said in November, when he declared the game "[FONT=proxima-nova, Helvetica Neue, HelveticaNeue, Arial, sans-serif]d[/FONT][FONT=proxima-nova, Helvetica Neue, HelveticaNeue, Arial, sans-serif]ead[/FONT]" after he said it failed to gather interest from the industry or support from Fox. Prior to that, Sutter [FONT=proxima-nova, Helvetica Neue, HelveticaNeue, Arial, sans-serif]reached out[/FONT][FONT=proxima-nova, Helvetica Neue, HelveticaNeue, Arial, sans-serif] to Rockstar Games[/FONT], asking the Grand Theft Auto studio to call him about a potential partnership. It is not clear if any discussion was ever held.

I definitely think that Rockstar would be the perfect developer for the game if it ever was to happen though!

Never watched the show, but hear it is really good. I can see it being translated to a good XB game.
