Xbox 360 Specialization setups - How and why?

I finally decided to get my specializations set up a little more in Halo 4, but I need a little help. I was wondering how everyone had their specializations set up and why/what types of situations do you use them in the most? Thanks!

Well, I want to eventually have all of the level 10 perks, so I've just been working my way through the specializations one by one, in no particular order. I think I started with Wetwork first.

I don't have any of the specializations yet, because I'm only at level 35 or 36 and you have to hit level 50 before you can choose a specialization and start working toward the perk.
