Successfully complete the following Phases on any difficulty to unlock the original Splatterhouse trilogy.

• Complete Phases 1-2 to unlock Splatterhouse
• Complete Phases 1-4 to unlock Splatterhouse 2
• Complete Phases 1-8 to unlock Splatterhouse 3

Xbox 360 Exclusive Mask
Successfully complete Story Mode to unlock a mask unique to the 360 version of Splatterhouse.
