I was playing Alan Wake earlier and was reminiscing over the weirdest thing to ever happen to me in a videogame. What happened in Alan Wake was, I randomly got stuck to a tiny crevice between two logs and couldn't move. Then I thought to myself, this ALWAYS happens to me. In the original Mass Effect, I got super glued to one of the Keepers on the Citadel. In Gears of War, I somehow fused with Dom and couldn't get through a doorway to continue to the mission. There's been countless more games where my character literally becomes one with the environment. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a big explorer in games and often jump around places that I shouldn't or what, but it can be EXTREMELY annoying.

So, what strange things happen to you in games?

I experienced one of the "Ghosts" of halo 3 haha my friend and I played it non stop for 2 days until we finally found one

Man, there's a million weird things that happened to me in Fallout: New Vegas. I played it when it just came out and it was full of bugs, as it was made by Bethesda and Obsidian.

I remember punching a Deathclaw in the face and it just kind went flying off the map, like it was done with being punched in the face. That's just the kinda stuff I remember, I'm sure there was weirder stuff going on, but that's just what I remember right now.

Probably getting scalped by a random tomahawk thrown across Summit on Black Ops. On the flip side, I also had a crazy first blood scalp on Launch that banked multiple times, but I have yet to render that clip. Here is another strange incident that I did render, however: BitesizeCrayons - Black Ops Game Clip - YouTube
I was planning on killing the guy with a grenade, but I didn't expect to get an impact kill when he was at full health; that 'nade was awfully bouncy.

I had the skin of the world peel off - everything just kind of went wire-skeletony. It was both really cool and incredibly creepy to see. And I thought my system was broken for a second. Of course, I'm kind of paranoid about my poor 360... what if it dies on me... *Le tear*

One of my favorite stories is a glitch story from Skyrim, Bethesda watered-down Oblivion.

I was crossing one of the plains for a quests when all of a sudden a Wolly Mammoth fell from the sky and crashed down dead in front of me. It came out of nowhere and needless to say it startled the crap out of me. I was playing in the 3rd-person perspective so seeing this massive creature rain down right in front of me was the weirdest weather I ever saw in northern Tamriel.

Right now i am currently playing Skyrim, I am always leaping before I look. I wanted to see what would happen if I tried to ride the giant waterfall all the way down, so i jumped off and tried it and wow it was so realistic it was incredible. I tried to stay in middle path and did not die as I had expected I would when I reached the bottom. I did try some of the smaller falls and did not have same affect and I died so was not the same rush.

when i played fifa 13 and a player knocked down the manager onthe sidelines.
