This is one thing that Black Ops 2 really has going for it, and it's something I applaud Treyarch for. Call of Duty campaigns historically have been like interactive action movies in first person, so it's nice to see them mix things up a bit. The payoff for replaying the game is to see the events unfold in a different way, and get some achievements along the way. I also like that there are loadouts in the pre-mission screen; I've wanted that in a Call of Duty game for some time.
