All in all there are 8 posters you are supposed to find but the trick is that it is impossible to collect them all in one playthrough. So, the one you find first will depend on the different choices of towns you make. Though, here’s a decent route that will help you to locate and collect all the posters in the easiest possible way. Well, let’s role!
#1 - Pemberton
When you reach the Pemberton area, one of your very first goals will be to get to the police station and talk to the local Sheriff. So, enter the police station (it can be easily identified by the big glowing “Police” sign right above the front doors) and move along the corridor until you face the wall and here turn right. Enter the room and move between wooden panels keeping to the right side. Exit the room through a door and, again, keeping the right side move into another corridor with the black “Lock Up” sign above it. At the very end of the corridor you are going to see a Wanted poster on the wall with a black haired woman. Pick it up to collect.
#2 - Fontana
When in this location, you are going to see a diner (a white and red building with some sing on the walls). Enter it through the door, move forward to the main hall, turn left to cross it and turn left again (this will be pretty naturally because there is no other way to go). There will be a poster between the kitchen and the wall with a Chef (Cook) on it. Pick it up to collect.
#3 - Taggart
Almost at the very beginning, enter the fenced area and you will find yourself on a parking lot. A bit further to your left there is a big house that also happens to be a small cinema. Run there and jump over the barricade to enter the building. Move forward until you see a shopping section (with drinks and popcorn), turn left and check the wall to your left. There should be a poster of a sports player (or his fan) with Number 31 on a T-shirt. Pick it up to collect.
#4 - Archer Creek
Make sure that you see two tents to your left and a big trailer with long board to your right. Make your way between them to the farthest building in front of you. This will be “Archer Greek Utility” (the one with the black and white sign above the door). Enter the building and just go forward. There will be a poster on the wall with a 50 or so old guy. Pick it up to collect.
#5 - Sherwood
As you appear in the Sherwood location, simply start moving forward to the house right in front of you. If you see “Palmetto Estates” sign in the middle, it means you are going in the right direction. This is the house with a garage to its main entrance and a black car parked in front of it. Enter the house through the front door, move along the corridor and turn left when you reach the last room (the bedroom). Get inside and there will be a poster of a woman holding a big fish. Pick it up to collect.
Playthrough 2
Now, in order to collect the other 3 posters, you will have to play the game one more time as far as it’s technically impossible to cover all the Marked Location in one playthrough. So, for your Second Playthrough you should visit:
#6 - Garwater
As you enter Garwater location, a police officer will give you a shotgun and will ask you to complete a certain task. Follow the compass until you reach the Fire Station. It is really hard to miss. Enter it via the front door on your left and simply move forward through the rooms in the improvised kitchen. Turn right a bit and on the wall in front of you there will a poster of a smiling girl saying “Forrest Ranger.” Pick it up to collect.
#7 - Cleburne
After you enter Cleburne area, rather sooner than later you are going to see a survivor. Talk to him and he will tell you a short story and that he has no meds. No more than a 10 seconds after you are going to find yourself in a medical building with the reception to your left and a long corridor a bit to the right. Move forward along the corridor until you reach the very end of it and enter the very last door to the right. Get into the room and turn right. There will be a table next to the dead body on a bed. Look for the pictures of a blonde girl on this table and pick them up to get another collectible poster.
#8 - Lafferty
Talk to Noah Cruz (this is a man standing near the ATM). After you’re done talking, get back, turn left and enter the other part of the shop. Cross it by keeping the right side and enter a small room on the right. Here, right above the table with a computer on it, you are going to see a picture with a smiling girl. Pick it up to collect.
