To get the no down payment achievement you'll have to find every usable vehicle but you'll need keys to start them. In order to collect all 4 keys you WILL have to play the game one more time. Just deal with it and keep on playing. And, as for the keys themselves – here they are:
1. Fontana:
You will be able to locate it right after you help Mia. With the burned bus on your left and parking lot covered with the roof to your right enter the building with two red stripes and a graffiti sign on it. It kind of reminds a dinning building which, actually, it appears to be. After you enter the building, turn you flash on and turn left, move through the dinner hall itself and get behind the bar into the staff’s room. The keys you’re looking for will be lying on the very last metal table to the left, right before the metal door.
2. Lemon Hill:
When on the roofs, make sure that power lines are right in front of you a bit further on the horizon. Just keep moving forward (there won’t be lots of options here), jump over an empty space between two buildings, enter the building itself, make your way through the corridor with the flashlight turned on into the living room and enter the bedroom with a big hall in the wall instead of a window. On the table with a painting on it (in the left corner of the room and right next to the improvised window) you will find the keys.
3. Archer Creek:
Make sure that you see two tents to your left and a big trailer with long board to your right. Make your way between them to the farthest building in front of you. This will be “Archer Greek Utility” (the one with the black and white sign above the door). Enter the building and make your way to the Eastern part of the building with two rooms. Enter the first small room (this will be a small storeroom) and on the shelves you are going to find your third keys.
4. Lafferty:
Getting these keys will be possible only if you start playing the game for the second time. From the ATM and survivor standing next to it, turn right and make your way to the other part of the room and after the red and yellow banner on the wall saying “Transmission” turn left and enter the other room that used to be a store in the good days. Keep going forward but stick to the right side of the walk and enter the office room. Here on the table next to the monitor you are going to find your 4th keys. A few seconds later you should receive a pop up message saying that “No Down Payments” is now yours.
