This Sleeping Dogs game is so good. Of course, I didn't think it would be the best game ever, especially after hearing the name of it. My boyfriend talked me into giving it a try and I really liked it. I think what I like most about this game is that unlike GTA and Saints Row, it's less about using guns and more about beating people with martial arts. I already beat the game and I didn't even use any cheat codes! I'm quite proud of myself. Anyway, does anyone else think that this game is underrated and deserves more recognition?

Well, I haven’t heard of it, so it means it’s not popular. If a game is really a good one, it will be recognized eventually. Gamers respect the game and honest when giving rates.

I wonder why you haven't heard of it. I've heard of it many times and my boyfriend kept hearing about it which is why he gave it a try first and then encouraged me to try it out as well. It also has a GOOD rating of 8.5 stars out of 10. However, I believe it deserves an even higher ranking than that but that's just my personal opinion. It has received good ratings overall and some recognition, but I just think it's a good game that should be featured a bit more.

I have to agree with OP, I didn't really think a lot of it when I saw it at E3. However now that its out and on shelves it truly is an underrated game. Story-wise it could use some work, but as far as what you can do in game I am totally floored that more people haven't heard of it/haven't played it.

Kinda bumping this to see what other people think of the game.

In my opinion, I think the game was really good, but can be worked on by some aspects. I've encountered many glitches in the game such as quests not being completed, random car crashes, and some other things. Other than that, I think the game was really good. The fighting aspect is really cool since there are a ton of different moves you can pull off. You can customize your character, which personally I'm not a fan of, but I'm sure some people love customizing their characters, mostly to look silly. I think the blood can be toned down a bit though, there's a lot of it, which I don't think is really necessary. Even after you finish the game, you can still do side quests if you missed them.
