Faith, the first episode to Telltale Games' episodic series The Wolf Among Us is currently available to download for free from the Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox Live Gold and Silver subscribers.

Well Happy Holidays indeed! Great timing since it's always fun to have something new to play during a holiday break. I have already played this on PC and can not recommend it enough. This game is actually on my top ten list on my blog because of how great it is. Whether you are a fan of Telltale and their work on The Walking Dead or not, this a great game and a great feat in story telling. Go pick this up! Even if you have a backlog, just put it to download and then cancel it, that way it's in your purchase history should you want to play it in the future. Note that the game is only available for the 360 and not XB1.

I started playing this yesterday and i have to say it is indeed pretty awesome. It runs kinda crap on the 360 for whatever reasons but its playable. Im loving it so far, i might have to purchase the next episodes when they are released.

Got this recorded finally. By the way any news of any other episodes that are released on the marketplace? I wish there are new episodes for The Walking Dead and maybe some other series. Possibly add Game of Thrones to the list.

Wow! They finally made it free? Awwww. Too bad I don't have a Xbox 360 to enjoy this. All right, I'll just wait and get it on PC. Well, from the way you say it KN1GHTMARE, seems it's the game a TWD fan like myself (finished the original 5 episodes, currently playing 400 Days) would love to play. Hmmm... makes me wanna read the Fables comics right now.

Telltale Games know what they're doing, Ep1 will hook a lot of people with that ending and that steep discount on the season pass will get many new fans.

Okay, so I was up until 4 am last night playing this and finished it later this morning after a photo shoot. Yeah, I'm a sucker. I'll probably end up buying the season pass. I really enjoyed the different fables and how they tie them all in. My favorite line is when Bufkin tells you that the elvish word in the book makes animals "**** gold." The whole fables cussing thing just made me laugh. I'm afraid that I totally screwed the episode up and the ending is what made me want to get the other episodes!

Let's hope so. Telltale has yet to announce any next-gen ports for their games, including TWAU. There's always the PC and the iOS/Android/Vita versions if you can't wait for it. But damn though, the free episode AND that $10 season pass are some awesome deals.

Man, yeah, I loved that part. I love how Bigby and Bufkin just stare at each other after that line, hahaha. The moments with Colin were pretty great too.

Wolf Among Us is definitely looking like it's gonna be really damn good.

Finished this on PC last night and can confirm. Awesome game! Can't wait for the next episode. Does this mean you will have to buy all the other episodes individually? I know that on PC, you buy all the episodes at once.
