Xbox One Using the 360 controller on XBox One

I have my brother's controller that he uses for his 360 system. I wish to use it on my XBox One but am not sure whether it can be used. If anyone has tried this and it works please let me know, and also whether it will work fine without any issue or not.

Actually there is a device called the Cronusmax Plus which is used to make the controller for 360 work on XBox One but I will suggest buying a new controller instead. The workaround is too complicated and the controller will not work the way you want it to.

I wouldn't have even thought to use a 360 controller with the One. Why don't you want to use a One controller? They're very similar just more ergonomic. Good battery life, too.
