So, anyone else saw this? Basically, there's a bunch of additional missions which are inspired by the Virtual Reality of the previous games. They are a bunch of VR Missions, around 30 I think, which should be good at testing your skills. But the thing is exclusive DLC to the PS3 version.
So I am extremely pissed off at Konami now because of this. Still really looking forward to this amazing game (the demo is spectacular, at the very least) but I am very angry that they decided to pull this kind of bullshit with the VR Missions. Hopefully it is just timed exclusivity.
Oh yeah, NO! The MGS series is not "a Playstation series" like some people say it is. First game was on PS1 and PC with a remake which was exclusive to Nintedo's Gamecube. MGS2 was on PS2 and PC and I think even Xbox but I'm not sure. MGS3 was on PS2 only but it eventually got ported to the 3DS. MGS4 remains exclusive to the PS3. Portable Ops and Peace Walker could be counted as part of the main series and they debuted on the PSP... now add the HD Collection on top of that. MGS2, MGS3 and Peace Walker are on 360 too, so even Peace Walker loss exclusivity. There's an exclusive game for the Game Boy Color and the Ac!d spin-offs are exclusive to the PSP... the series has certainly been around, so the "it's a playstation series" bullshit doesn't work. At least not for me.
