Xbox One We'll we see a next-gen Rock Band?

So, do you think we'll see a next-gen Rock Band? Well, maybe. I'm not gonna say we're sure to see but if we were to see, they may apply the Smith principles and really make it a true successor in band games. I'd love that.

I see there being another Rock Band game. The musical party game isn't going anywhere.

Oh of course there will be another Rock Band. It's one of those games that you don't have to change the mechanics of at all, just add new playlists/challenges.

its bound to happen.. at one point it seemed everyone played rockband of some type. i personally never got into it.. but when guitar smith came around i was really interested..but the price new was allot without a guitar so i held off.. i hope it had enough success to get an next gen gets a rehash of some type.

its much easier for me to justify big buys on the xb1 knowing it will be around a while.. not that the 360 wont.. i just know its on its way out.

I hope so, I remember the last time I played the guitar, that was like 10 years ago, now the only thing I have are doctor tools. I wish they could make it happen. Love to play a good band game.

It'll happen. I can see it happen. Rocksmith is the first step towards getting a gamer to learn the guitar the right way. A next-gen Rock Band where we can learn to be a band ourselves? Sign me up! Just give it time and it's gonna be the BANDSMITH!

There's a chance. Maybe they'll make some other Smith games before they pull off the Rock Band. Or they may make the next-gen Rock Band right away. It'll be a case of how they can make it work. After all, band equipment ain't cheap so it's matter of making it work.

I think we will, but not for a long time. The game doesn't demand high graphical power so it won't be much different from the last games. I guess they will wait for a new generation of children to grow up who may have never played rock band before they release another one.

I don't think the next Rock Band will be complex or anything significant added to it. It will largely be the same game.
