So before each new gen of consoles, or even each new iteration of a given console, the internet is always spitballing ideas as to what is going to be the new feature. Maybe it's virtual reality. Maybe it's a new, never before thought of controller. Maybe the Xbone was going to offer the ability to make your own games as standard. Who knows?

What was the best, in your eyes, feature which was predicted yet was just an urban legend? And what were the predicted features you're glad didn't make it past the rumour stages?
