What was the specific moment when you truly said "WOW!" in regards to your Xbox 360 console. It can be good or bad, as I have two moments. I'll start with the bad and get to the good. The bad moment(s) were when I got the dreaded red ring of death. It didn't happen just once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times. There were so many times I wanted to throw in the towel and say, "screw this system", but I stuck through, as there were just too many titles I didn't want to miss. Xbox 360 cost me more money and emotional pain than any console...I love you still though 360, lol.

As for the good moment, it was when the first Gears of War came out. My friend and I popped in the game and went through the co op mode in one night. The experience was incredible, as it truly felt next generation. We were just in awe of how revolutionary that game was then. The gameplay, the graphics and the teamwork we had to use to accomplish our goal just was a fantastic experience.

This might not entirely count as an Xbox 360 memory, but we played Halo 2 on the 360 so I'm counting it. Halo 2 multiplayer was my fondest memory, I had a friend and we were both fairly good at it, so we played a lot of 2 vs. 2 (Team Doubles I believe it was called) and you get called hackers and stuff when you beat kids, but man we had so much fun, talking trash and all that. I loved the strategy of it so much, and the levels were great, and to have a friend on a similar skill level, it was just such a blast. If you look at my posts on here, I'm always talking about Halo 2, it was such a great gaming experience for me. Halo 1 was great, but Halo 2 was the one with Xbox Live matches and took it to a whole other level. What was better than going on a huge sword killing spree??

Hard to say some of my top include the following:

When I put PGR3 in my new Xbox 360 as the first game I ever put in and oh my god!

The amount of hours I wasted just playing cat and mouse on PGR3.

The amount of hours I wasted in Forza 3-4.

So hard to really pin down. talking about seven years of gaming some of the highlights include:

Gears of War 1 so many epic times in MP
the summer of GRAW
and my personal favorite of Halo ODST. Just had a moment in that SP that made me feel so awesome probably wont forget it for a long time.

Oh man, way too many epic times to count. I've played so many games over the years on my old 360 that I can't just say one. From Gears of War, to Halo, to Madden and MLB 2k's. I invested so much time into those games and more, great memories. Loved all the stories and campaigns, the awesome plays. Good stuff. I love being a gamer!

I had a launch unit. I think the biggest WOW moment for me was simply the ease of use and the almost-seamless integration of the whole multiplayer experience on any game. Being able to have my son in the same room as me, and my brother and Dad in another state, no matter what game we were playing, was just an incredible experience. We'd spend hours playing Uno and Rockband, and then when my son went to bed, turn on Gears of War or Halo 3. It really didn't matter what game we played. It was just the fact that we could so easily play together regardless of the distance between us.

I was a Call of Duty fan boy so most of my greatest memories come from CoD. I've had so many amazing memories playing Call of Duty with my friends online and split screen. One versus one sniper duels brought me a lot of joy.
The greatest memory I can remember is probably one of my friends pulling off a 1v4 clutch, we praised him like a god for the next month. It was ridiculous and my whole group of friends was in awe.

I'm not a fan of replaying games, and I wouldn't say "WOW" when reminiscing, but one of my fondest memories was replaying Borderlands 2. It is simply a great game with a great storyline, funny characters, and great graphics. Only rarely do I find games like this, and I'm proud to play this game numerous times. I must have replayed it 2-3 times for each system already. Great replay value, and doesn't get repetitive.

I definitely agree that the 360 has a lot of excellent co-op. Some of my best memories are playing local multiplayer on games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and that sort. My friend and I used to play the Medal of Honor games on my Gamecube, so naturally we did the same sort of thing here. The most recent thing I can think of is playing Halo 4 where I jumped into the driver's seat of a warthog and my friend got on the gun, and I drove across the map for a good 2-3 minutes while he mowed down the other team's members. We fully expected to drive a few feet and get blown up, so we were just messing around, but it was one of those "in the moment" things.

My greatest Xbox 360 memory was when I first unboxed it. It was completely new, and I had ordered it right off of Amazon.com. After I took it out the box, I was filled with so much joy and excitement. I'm going to miss my Xbox 360.

Hmm I'm gonna have to go with when my friend and I first heard about the "Ghosts" in Halo 3. We spent literally all night looking for one and dressed up our avatars for the occasion, still have that outfit saved haha
