Xbox One Wireless hardware problems

So im having trouble with connecting to a wireless connection. My xbox will not bring up any Wi-Fi names in range, all i get is add a wireless network and when i try to connect nothing comes up. I preformed a factory reset on the xbox and still the same problem. I dont have access to a router so I have to do it wirelessly, and dont have money to send it in. Anyone have any tips on what i can do to solve this issue. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
