Xbox One Xbox 360 & Xbox One

My questions are as follows, I am expecting an Xbox One from Santa on the 25th, its already here just can't touch it. Anyway what I am planing on doing is running my Xbox 360 and Xbox One off of the same tv. The 360 is now running off of component video through my receiver into the component jacks on the tv. I plan to run the receiver with Direct TV through the Xbox One to the tv on HDMI input on the tv, does this sound cosher so far? Next question can I run my game tag (gold) on my existing 360 and also upgrade my game tag to the Xbox One with the ability to play on-line with either systm I chose, due to the fact that alot of the people I currently game with will not be getting Xbox Ones right away.

Yep. I'm still playing both systems and can use Live flawlessly between the two.

I am going to do the same with both of my consoles and will probably get a second TV to run one on each when I have visitors over. It's just easier to have two consoles up at parties instead of just one.

Cool Good to know you can do that. Hmmmmm.... so it's really like PS3, PS4 and Vita then. Good, good. I am thinking of buying a 360 for some exclusives like the first Dead Rising. I gotta play that!!!

Yeup one gamertag will work on both and can be used simultaneously. My cousin has been playing on mine via 360 while I play on the XB1

Great feature for MS to allow the same membership to be used simultaneously on both system. Could've been easy for them to not allow that, but the right thing to do is how they have it setup.
