Xbox One Xbox One Elite Controller

Hello i´m new to this site so this is my first post

i wonder Before i ordered the Elite controller i looked at some Pictures of it at the site adn it showed a Usb Cable is it meant to be a way to use this controller, on the Pc?
i haven´t really found any info about that Cable it does not matter much since i ordered the wireless adapter as well.
So my other question is will it work better in racing games than the original controller does i mean if i want to drive manual since it has those levers at the back of it they might be better as gear shifters, has anyone used this controller to racing games?

so no oane has any experience of this controller to as if it´s a better Controller for racing games than the original one that came with my first gen XB1?
as for FPS games i have understood it is pretty good, but is it as good for fighting games?
