Hi all. First post!!
Omg this is doing my head in!!
So Me and my boy both have Xbox one’s in the house. All has been good with sharing games and Xbox gold from my console.
Until I got the Xbox one x
since setting the new X up my son seems to of lost his privileges of going online with gold.
I also can’t seem to share this one game thst he downloaded and bought from his account once!
But the biggest issue is the sharing of Gold from me to him!
Can’t seem to get any help from Xbox themselves at the moment and it driving me made.
my new X is set as home!
He is added to that Xbox
I am on his Xbox
But he can’t access gold unless I am also logged into his console.
arhhh
please someone help in real simple terms.
Or please I would pay for phone support
