Xbox One Xbox one update stuck

Hi, recently there was an update released for the Xbox one. As usual I went about updating it. When the update hit 51%, it stopped. I waited for awhile and nothing happened, so I turned the console off and restarted it. The update was again at 51% and refused to move. I got frustrated, so I decided to disconnect for the internet so I could at least play a game offline. When I turned the console back on, the update screen still appeared, and the update was still at 51%. No amount of waiting changed anything. I've tried turning it on to check periodically throughout the day, and it's still at 51%, internet or not. How can I fix this?

Try to re boot your Xbox. When Xbox is on hold the on/off button on the console till it turns off.It takes about 7 seconds. Let everything shut down then turn it back on after 30 seconds. Be patent when u turn it back on. It takes a little bit. This should fix your problem.
