Xbox One Xbox One X Blu Ray player support Dolby Vision

I know the Xbox One X supports Dolby Vision when streaming Netflix. But does the Blu Ray player on the Xbox One X support play back in 4K HDR Dolby Vision? I was told that there is a firmware update that supports 4K HDR Dolby Vision for the Blu Ray player. I would appreciate any feed back on this. Thanks
