Xbox One Anyone having problems?

No one that I know personally has had any issues with their Xbox One, but I keep hearing about people via the Internet that are having all kinds of issues with their console not even working. Has anyone here actually had any serious problems?
 
It's launch so there are problems out there. I have friends who have problems and friends who don't really have problems. What we do know is that the defective or buggy consoles are actually pretty low which is impressive with such a wide scale release but because of the internet we are more aware of the problems. More people will have firmware issues then hardware issues, but a lot of the problems are small enough that it's not preventing people from using their Xbox Ones.
 
no serious issues... most of my glitches are based around bouncing around servers or my network not up to multitasking.

have had a few small glitches with getting locked on a loading screen freezes.. mostly on bf4

all in all my experiance has been great but i am not on kinect or tv tuner so my issues would be very game specific...
 
I had one odd thing that happen 2x. I was doing something and said "Xbox watch TV" and it took me to the TV screen then
right back to where I was so I had to say it again. This happened 2x.

The BF4 servers are having major problems lately. Fortunately I don't think it has anything to do with Xbox One. All my other games are fine, but BF4 is constantly dumping me back to the dashboard or getting stuck at the main screen.
 
I haven't had any issues yet with mine. Everything is running great. I am extremely impressed with the performance of the device! I'll update this post if any issues do arise

same basic isue with bf4.. most of the time i dont catch it and am like wth is going on... if i click on multiplayer conquest or what not it will pop up thts its connecting and bounce me right out sometimes does it 2-3 times.

same general issue getting bounced out of a server or really unsable connecting to. allot of time i will get in a game and all of a sudden i am back at the xbox one home screen. happens quit often bout every match i try and get on. once i am in and locked in a server i am usually good.
 
My Kinect isn't being recognized anymore. Microsoft is sending anew one and we should have it next week. Kinda bummed but I know that it happens, especially on a launch system.
 
I am extreamly happy with this purchase. I've had nothing but success with everything I've tried so far. Set up was quick and easy, Kinect does what it claims, and after changing some of the display settings the games look and feel awesome! Problem free and hoping it stays this way for ever! I was abused by the Red Ring of Death going through 3 units (only because of my inability to wait for the repairs, which they always took care of me) so I'd buy another, so I didn't miss playing COD!
Game on players!
 
3 friends of mine bought the Xbox One. The first didn't have any issues and he seems pretty happy with the console. My second friend had some problems using Xbox live this morning but it seems like Microsoft already fixed it. My third friend had a faulty unit (Disc drive failure) and he's waiting for his replacement unit.
 
Hello all,

Turned on my Xbox One today. Went to play a game, and nothing will load.
 
Anyone else notice when "snapping activity" it sometimes shows numbers for each block? I am having a hard time explaining it, but if you see it you will see what I mean.

ie.... if it shows 10 blocks of activity, at first it lists them as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 like placeholders then they go away as it fills in the real activity.
 
I'm having a few problems with Live TV again. XB1 isn't recognizing my cable box. Tried recycling everything and still black screen. Also, DR3 isn't loading. It shows the splash screen and it goes back to the XB1 homescreen.

I took off work on release day and already had COD, Forza, and Assassins purchased and ready to go. Xbox arrives...DOA. Turns on and then immediately turns off. I requested a new console last Saturday and it was due to arrive last Tuesday. Still haven't received it, and since it's not a disk drive issue I was told they won't give me the free digital DL game that everyone else it getting. WTF?! Every time I call they have no idea when and if it will ship. Meanwhile I sit with a giant paperweight and $1200 tied up in this mess.

I understand stuff happens and I'd be fine with everything if they would just give me a straight answer, instead of feeding me BS.

Oh well, still stoked to play it when it gets here.

Damn sorry you're having so many problems. You have the worse case I've heard so far, all other reports have said the customer service has been quick.

Sorry to hear... I know how frustrating that can be. I'm still experiencing isolated issues with the system and hope things get resolved soon. It's sad I'm shelving the XB1 to play my 360... WTH???

I know right?! I'm just hoping my replacement works. I've already heard of two people receiving replacements with disk drive issues. Guess anything is better than what I've got now though :P

Hope you get your issues settled soon mate.

Thanks! You too! Nothing like paying a lot for a game system and it becomes an expensive paperweight.

It's launch so problems are going to be spread out. But from what we're hearing it sounds like most of the issues are minor with some being pretty bad and people having to get their consoles exchanged or sent back to Microsoft. But for a launch it's been pretty smooth, certainly better than what happened with the 360. That was some bad times.
 
BF4 servers sometimes randomly disconnect me even though my internet is working fine on other devices. Could be a peering problem but I'm not sure.
