As of late I've been really into it. Usually 4 to 5 times a week of lifting and a little light cardio. I've been eating extremely clean though, that's for sure.
Admittedly, no. I stuck to a routine last year and felt much, much better, so I want to return to that. I also enjoy skateboarding, so I need to do more of that as well.
