Xbox 360 Forza 4 no longer works

Hi guys, I have re connected to my xbox since the stay at home thing started. I am back on and all is connected correctly. I have a Forza 4 game from back when and won't play. Disc 2 asks for disc 1 to be installed. Disc 2 does't connect! Used to work, but nada now. help?
