Google comp idea

Would it be a good idea not only to put internet in the hands of every google android holder by releasing global or not so much global but a microsoft internet affordable for people that can't really afford an extra bill. Or hotspot somewhat like what Xfinity does. It can also reach up and coming developers that cant afford required services.

5% first time profits or just the next gen xbox please
