Xbox One How Long Before Used Games Are Available?

I'd be surprised if there weren't quite a few already, but why someone would trade in a game that's almost brand new is beyond me. Some people are way too loose with their money for their own good. That's the reason why consoles and games cost so much to begin with; Microsoft and Sony know that people are going to fork over a ton of money without even knowing anything about the quality of the thing. Yes, usually you can judge the quality based on trailers and demos, but for the most part it's a huge gamble.

Well as MetalSwift said, if the graphics look pretty people will throw money at a game and damn the price/quality. People really do have holes in their pockets and no one wants to come into playing a game/series late.

I don't think we're gonna see half-priced used games for the One like we do for the 360 for a few months, so you're probably gonna have to shell out the better part of $60 a piece for your games for a while yet. =/

I'd give it in a few months. And as the others say here, there's already games with $3 shaved off so in time, we shall used games being sold all around. In the other side of the spectrum, prices of the digital versions were upped up in UK.

That really sucks that digital prices were bumped up there. I've always felt that digital should be cheaper than physical.

The real discounted prices won't be for a couple more month since the only prices I see on used games have been about $5 less. But they already do exist as someone has already stated on the board, the prices just aren't worth it at the moment. You'll at least have to wait until after Christmas for the real discounts.
