Xbox One If you were in charge of the Xbox One operating system, what would you change?

I've been thinking about this for a while, and it would be interesting to know what other people would alter to the operating system, or software of the Xbox One. I personally wouldn't have as much Kinect intergration, and would have completely redesigned it from the Windows 8 panel look. To be honest I never liked the metro look and feel in the new Xbox/Windows experience, and would prefer it if they either kept it the same as previous versions, or made something new.

I actually really like the Windows 8 look and feel, although I thought I wouldn't. Some of the main things I would change if I had my way are (1.) to make it where you can chat across One and 360 consoles, as opposed to only being able to send written messages. (2.) I'd improve the voice recognition -- it's really aggravating having to tell the console something six times in a row.
