Xbox One Meet The Guy Who Got The Xbox One Early

If there is one definite knock on Microsoft as a company, it is their PR/Customer Service. Flat out they treat their customers like crap. First basically telling fans tough #$%^ when they were forcing all consoles to constantly check-in and the DRM drama, now this. Seems relatively ridiculous.

They allowed the guy early access and invited him to a launch event the console banning is automated unless you are using a press kit or are an employee
 
The guys seems extremely lucky.
Its a pity that he wont be able to use it.
System is still under construction, so even if he does manage to get it to run, bugs and errors will surely spoil his "prime" experience.
Still jealous, though. haha

Exactly as other people have said. This is, for the most part, great promotion for Microsoft. It's all part of the hype and things like these can only benefit them.

I mean, if I received my Xbox One early, I'd call in sick and play it all day. I'd keep it offline though, just to be safe about it and then connect it to the internet on it's launch day.

But still, fair play to Microsoft for not being totally evil by permanently banning him or something.

100% agree with you. It even might be a perfect plan for promoting. after all the shadows surrounding the Xbox, all the info and rumors - someone gets it by chance. Sounds legit lol
