That's true although I will say it's something Microsoft should've jumped on earlier.

Yeah, I agree. They could have had this earlier last year. I don't know what the hold up is. They should find other stuff to add.

It's good that Microsoft are getting the Xbox brand in general a good foothold on iOS and Android since they those two own the market and Windows Phone is basically an island in that market.

I believe Microsoft overestimated how well they could penetrate mobile and didn't really offer anything different in relation to affordable Android that is in a variety of phones and devices and can be tinkered with easily and dependable, designer iPhone. It was just another OS and people weren't jumping at it. It's great that they're getting Live on iOS and Android. It's a familiar brand, but having it more accessible is always a plus.

Oh they did. It's a shame that they don't have a more significant presence in mobile because the WP is pretty cool. It's not a bad phone by any means, extremely functional and all of that. It just can't be moved, really. Not when you have iPhone and a bunch of different brands using Android. Putting Live on iOS and Android early really would've been the best choice but at least they're making steps now.

Agreed. Well, at least MSFT learned their lesson. The good part is they finally knew the potential and have put Live on the iOS and Android. But yeah, their thing with the WP... eh, well, maybe they got plans already.
