PlayStation Vita Pets announced, coming to Europe in 2014 | Joystiq

Sony has announced their own version of Nintendogs, as it has been confirmed that PlayStation Vita Pets will be released for the handheld system sometime in 2014 for Europe. Interestingly enough, Sony gave no word on a North American release date for the game, so it's unknown if the game will make it to the left side of the Atlantic.

Interesting! I wonder how the graphics will compare to that of the DS games. I'd assume they'd look more realistic, as there are pretty decent graphics on the vita, but who's to say on a pets simulator type game. I will keep my eye out for more info on this game.

I hope they add more than just dogs, or else it will not honor its title. After all, it's title has "Pets" in it, not just "Dogs"! People love cats. Add cats. It will be the Vita's killer app (not really?).
