Hey guys, can someone help, after that big update my series x was put back to default, and if course cannot find the book I keep my passwords in, long story been down the rabbit hole, including an hour on the phone yesterday to a Xbox helpline for an hour doing the ak/.com thing, filling in a big form including the consoles user online i.d, got to the end got the email and still won't let me reset my password, had two notifications on and the second one was my old mobile number, so that's the only option that comes up, has anyone got a quick or long, as long as it works method to reset my Xbox Hotmail password, thanks in advance.
