Short list of games you must have for PS4?

I am still creating this list, because honestly I'm still rather focused on current gen. Also I'm not looking to upgrade to Next Gen for quite a while. I mean I could, but I want them to work out the kinks first as well as build up a well-reviewed library. That said there has been some speculation on new games as well as some previews in certain magazines - so what short list do you possibly have?

For me, the must have games on PS4 are obviously Infamous Second Son, as the first two games on PS3 are two of my favorite games of all time. I love how it was such a new take on the superhero genre. Next on the list are two games I've been waiting on since 2006, which are Final Fantasy XV, formally known as Versus XIII and Kingdom Hearts 3. Both are RPGS' developed by Square-Enix and look to be two of the best games of the next generation of gaming.
