This E3 will be make or break, they have to present plenty of new game, and quality ones. New IP's preferably, there's too many sequels coming out.
The lack of games is also the main problem on the PS4, Microsoft needs to take advantage of this fault and get gamers back on their side again.

Microsoft needs to go for the throat, Sony is laying off people and just revealed they lost 100 million dollars this last quarter, This is the 5 quarter of massive losses. They are a juggernaut, but even a juggernaut cant stay afloat with those losses. The gaming side is also a very small part of their profit as well.
