Xbox One What future Xbox One releases do you think are inevitable?

Existing games or completely new ones? I wonder if they might use the new console to finally release a Gun sequel like they've been talking about for, like, forever. I hope there will be a Just Cause 3 after the success of Just Cause 2, and I think the new technology will allow them to perfect the flaws from the 2nd one (even though it was pretty good as it was).

Also, what happened to the Tony Hawk franchise? I know the games were getting a bit dull, but do you suppose they could make a comeback on the new consoles? The American Skateland (or whatever it was called) deal with no loading screens seems more plausible now. I remember that it didn't have loading screens, but there was points in the game where you could tell that it was loading. I don't think that would be a problem for the Xbox One and an open-world skating game could be a hit, as long as they make it fun to play.
 
I know not a direct answer, but I think once the Xbox One is finally released anything coming out will be on both the 360 and One so for older games
I would like to see both Elder Scrolls, Gears of War, some old school classics maybe Sega Collection or Atari.
 
Would be shocked if there were no new Halos or Gears.
 
Since I'm currently playing it, a new version of Diablo would be great! Also, I'd like to see a Star Wars Battlefront type game come to the One.

I'm thinking more of games that don't have any sequels yet, or spin-offs of original games. I know that Mass Effect 4 is in the works, but it's sort of its own game since it doesn't follow the Commander Shepard storyline. It's still the fourth game in the series (if you don't count mobile games, which I don't), but it's technically been talked about so it isn't speculative. I do hope they make some kind of a Red Dead Redemption sequel, though.
 
boarderlands 3 will be a release title by 2016 lol... they left the story wide open in bl2 for some serious cool stuff and allot of expansion.

Yeah, they definitely want to keep making more Borderlands, considering that ending. Not that I mind, franchise's great as far as I'm concerned.

with all the awards they got the would be a fool not to continue.
 
I think we'll see a release of GTA V within the first year or year and a half, probably bundled with whatever DLC they release. It's just an obvious choice and an easy money maker. This goes for both next gen consoles, honestly.
 
Halo and Gears of War, obviously. We know Call of Duty will be getting instalments, and EA are going to be pumping out the sports titles as always. Final Fantasy, Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Battlefield - these will all come, no doubt.

I'd like to see some new IPs though, in particular new RPGs. While it wasn't hugely popular, I really enjoyed The Last Remnant, and I'd like Square Enix to try more games like that.

You do know there is a sequel in the works right? It was revealed at E3 earlier this year, and according to Wikipedia it's scheduled for a 2015 release, apparently around the time that Episode VII is released.
 
XBOX One will obviously get any new Final Fantasy and Metal Gear game. It still blows my mind that Sony let those titles get away from being exclusives.
 
As long as the game devs continue their work on old projects, as well as create new, awesome games - we should be fine.
But, you never know
 
Just Cause sound's good for me. Although i am really looking forward for new releases.
 
I am waiting for completely new releases. There's nothing better then becoming a fan of a game just after it's first release.
