Xbox One What future Xbox One releases do you think are inevitable?

I agree that completely new games are awesome when they actually end up being good. I hate it when a game is hyped for a long time and ends up not being very good at all. I very rarely buy brand new titles on the release date; in fact, I've only done it once, Injustice: Gods Among Us. That wasn't really an all-new game since it was based on Mortal Kombat dynamics and on existing DC Comics characters, but it was a bit of a gamble that ended up paying off.

Tales from the Borderlands first. Maybe it's a way to bridge the gap for BL3! We might see characters we could play as or... we could play as the wannabe vault hunters! Oh the possibilites are endless.

As for inevitable ones... give me a new Jet Set Radio Future! Or just give us a new game that really puts the Xbox One on the map.

Yup, yup. New releases, as in the games that are not attached to anything. The new games that will have go, "oh yeah, finally". We'll see what Xbox One got in 2014 and the years to come. Just waiting for the next game conference.

Same here. I got Injustice, but the Ultimate Edition, on Steam last week. It does have the feel of MK. But it rocks for me. Anyway, yeah, I look forward to the ultimate new games, the ones that are not tied to previous games. We gotta see more of that. Sony's done that a lot with the PS3 and Vita, so we gotta see more for the Xbox One.
 
Given that Xbox One just jumped in a few weeks ago and how long this console generation could be I'd say Halo, at least one Elder Scrolls and Fallout, a GTA, AC (duh), basically anything that present on Xbox 360. You're talking 6-7 years of big developers heavily supporting these consoles (less in Wii U's case, they and PS4 are getting indie support), so you can expect at least a sequel from the huge titles to pop up on X1.

Well since they are planning on having Diablo 3 on this. I hope that in the future they will have something like NeverWinter Nights or maybe something like Dante's Inferno, Devil May Cry or possibly something like a new version of counter strike.
 
It's a given there will be completely new titles and sequels to those, but for the most part it'll be familiar faces we've seen before.
 
Halo 8. Although, I guess we'll have to see if this console generation is long enough to last through that many Halo games. But it's coming.
 
Yea, I think we all know that if there is one game that is coming to the Xbox One it's going to be Halo. They have no choice since it's the game that made the Xbox what it is today. If they didn't include the game we'd have a riot on our hands of people throwing out their Xbox One's.
 
I guess the new Final Fantasy would be great. I've seen tons of videos about and I've read a lot of comments at about it. It's the best game yet to be released. I am also looking forward to seeing Elder Scrolls coming out. I just hope they can finalize these games as soon as possible.
 
Gears of War is the obvious answer.
 
Obviously pinnacle Xbox exlusives like Gears of War, and Halo are going to get sequels and maybe more spinoffs like Halo Wars etc. I also have confidence that there will be a new Alan Wake game.

XD what? There isn't even a 5, 6 or 7 yet. That's too far XD It'll be the Xbox 3 that'll have Halo 8. As for other inevitable releases, I'd give the new GTA a guess. Yeah, the new GTA.

A new Red Dead? That would rock. The next-gen Wild Wild West... oh yes, that would rock so good. Suddenly, we'll be going Clint Eastwood and have ourselves some Good, Bad and Ugly moments. In next-gen.
 
I hope they could release something like Splinter Cell, Disgaea or even something like Gears of War. Well Final fantasy is soon to be released same as Elder Scrolls online. I hope they can give us a definite date so I can save money to buy them right away.

Fallout and Elder scrolls rocks. Haha. I wish they could also throw in something like maybe Dungeon Siege.

Disgaea? Not happening... yet. It's still mostly Sony, so I can't see that happening anytime soon. But a new Splinter Cell or Gears of Wars is likely to happen as well. And what do you mean FF is coming out soon as Elder Scrolls? If you're talking about FF14, sorry, but the PS4 is getting it, not Xbox One. If it's FF15, no solid info on the release date so far.
