Yup, that is true. At least we know it's risky. It may survive a fall but the damage is what matters. Rather not test it unless the console is already broken.

It's not worth the risk to try and drop the console. Yeah, I would rather keep mine safe.

Lol, I don't think anyone in their right mind will want to drop their Xbox onto the floor. The Xbox ain't cheap unless it's already malfunctioned like what others have said. I'll always take good care of every console I buy. I clean them twice a week and make sure they stay safe from any harm.

I don't think so. The 360 could barely handle getting tipped over. And somehow, I don't think a lot of money would be invested into collision-proofing the physical machine. If I were you I'd put it somewhere safe.

I had mine safely placed on a drawer of my TV rack.

Yeah, I learned my lesson. Definitely not going to do that again on any console. I just make sure to remember what I did and just let it be a reminder to me not to do that again.

I agree, just keep it somewhere safe and secure. I want to keep them so my future grandkids can have them too and enjoy what I had.

I have a few consoles on my collection. I just wonder if my future grandchildren will like it.
