I've also noticed the bump sticks but overall the controller is okay. I feel like the battery pack in the back isn't as sturdy as I would like but overall I've had no real complaints. In some ways I think I do prefer the 360 controller if only because of the sturdiness issue. There are just times when I feel like the controller could break apart if I'm not careful.
