What exactly does rewarded mean?

This could be really good, or really disappointing. If the reward is something stupid. Why even waste are time. I think the whole bad behavior online issue is over blown. Trolls are not that bad. Not to mention that there is already a built in feature to deal with them.

If people some one is getting on your nerve then block them. Problem solved. I hope the reward thing means a free month of Xbox Live Gold, but you would probably have to reach some impossible level of reputation to get it.

Like I said it just depends on what the reward will be.
