Xbox One Xbox one launch date

OP, you saw the Doritos bag, so I'm looking for clarification: was it that the One would be launching late November or that the contest would be launching in late November?

The contest is starting in early September, but in section 12 of the rules it says the console would be available in late November. i imagine this information was mad available since the prizes being handed out are the consoles.
 
You have to remember that these are human beings, and things can go wrong while they make sure that the XBox One is everything they are promising it to be. Besides, I don't think it bothers them very much to keep delaying the release. It keeps us in anticipation, and they love that!

Both on the same day? That would be....madness I tell you. MADNESS! The next day news headlines would scream "Hundreds of geeks suffer bruises and broken thumbs as the console wars heat up in the long lines at retailers"! Of course a nerd riot will be no South Central in the 90's, but you know how sensitive fanboys can be about their pet console lol.

Microsoft has just announced the promised “holiday” release date for the Xbox One, and it’s November 22nd, 2013, where it will launch in 13 countries: the UK, US, Ireland, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. It’s the same date the Xbox 360 launched in 2005.

Looks like we finally have a date! I have to say, I am a little surprised that the PS4 will be released before the Xbox in the US, but I doubt that it will hurt sales.

Its a good thing now that I think about it. Sme people who were gonna get the PS4 originally MAY actually wait now one more week. Thos games are gonna be calling them lol

Isnt that game a launch title? I thouht they had 4 solid ones. Killzone, Infamous, Knack, and Drive Club. If not then they got sme problems lol. Ill get the PS4 eventually but not anytime soon. For colleting reasons though annnnnd maybe some game playing lmao

Infamous won't be ready for launch. It has officially been moved to early 2014. They are relying on a ton of indie titles for launch.

oh wow....WOW! THAT! I didnt know, and that is not goo for them. I was wondering why they were pushing indie games so hard at gamescom.

Yeah lol thats not gonna matter lol Especially with GT6 coming out for the PS3...they got some problems now that i look at it
