Xbox One Xbox One Leaks Liquid?!

Sometimes, weird things can really happen.

Like an alien named Paul popping up and peeing on the Xbox One. Or some guy from the future appearing and telling us if he doesn't pee on that THAT specific console at this exact time every Friday for the next three years we're all doomed to death. The guy who owns the hoax X1 would say "Oh yeah, he comes in all the time around 10PM and do it. It doesn't bother me like it used to...no big deal."

So, I've heard reports of the PS4 doing the same recently...

I guess this confirms both next-gen consoles are living beings. Please, people, let your consoles take bathroom breaks during gaming sessions.

Well unlike this Microsoft news, the PS4 thing was pretty much confirmed. In this case there is only one report, unsubstantiated, and there are not other people coming out about this. I'm taking Microsoft's word for this because there isn't any proof otherwise. It just feels like it's some guy trying to make trouble.

So the consoles are entertainment/gaming devices AND pets? This just gets better. I guess I don't have to feed it since it feeds on electricity and stuff.

A phenomenon is the best way to explain it...because it's not thermal paste, it's ectoplasm.

Definitely ectoplasm. Darn you Slimer! No way there would be enough thermal paste to friggin leak out of the top.

Haha. Slimer from Ghostbusters. Well I hope it isn't that much of a big deal. But I guess it's just an anti heat adhesive that went wrong.

The thermal paste would have to be in Blob mode to make that much that it would just leak and ooze out of the top.

Maybe the guy was playing so much on his Xbox that he couldn't distinguish reality from a game. Wonder what he was playing :)
Also, I have seen a lot of fake news coming from sites that are trying to make some money from advertising (adsense), like the funny "Samsung paid Apple $1 billion in pennies", so don't believe everything you read on the Internet.

Then what's next, Xbox One growing feet? Stories like these are beginning to make me laugh XD I don't know if the ones who reported it just want to report something or if it's true. Either way, if there aren't enough instances of this, then it's really fake.

XD hahahahahahahha. Man, this made me laugh and smile. Yeah, seriously guys! Listen to the man right here! He speaks the truth! The truth of weirdness XD

Yeah, very fishy. I think they're just trying to make some sensation out of this, you know, to make people think some mysterious liquid is in there but actually, there's none. Geez, stories like this never cease when new consoles come out. What next, some mysterious black hole is discovered in one, leading all of us into an alternate dimension?

Growing feet? Whoa, dude, have you been reading sci-fi books or something? Yeah, I think the report is fishy too. You don't often hear stuff like this and it's just outrageous, really outrageous. Or maybe he was drinking some cow's milk or something and he accidentally spilled it on the Xbox One.

I think it's obvious by now that this was a scam. There is no other evidence and no one else is reporting the issue. This was just some jerk trying to get attention, though I don't mind the fact that they reported it but still it was a waste of time. Just another hoax of someone trying to maybe get something for free.

Heh, most likely. I only ever heard mentions of a report of the PS4 doing the same, too... haven't seen many reports of either console doing this weird ****. So yeah, most likely a hoax.

The PS4 situation was different though because there were multiple reports about it and I think Sony confirmed the situation. If this was really an issue with the Xbox One then it would have popped up by now as a hardware issue. The PS4 thermal glue thing was after consoles had been on for hours, so we should have seen this happen to the One within the first couple of weeks.

Has anyone on here actually had anything like this happen?

I haven't experienced anything like it. Well I hope I don't. Thing is, I've been playing non-stop on my Xbox One just to finish Dead Rising 3. Haha, The other campaigns are hard as hell so I've been playing up to now (just had a quick break to check on the forum) for almost 13 hours.

Well luckily, this hasn't happened to me or my friends. I guess some unlucky dude used his Xbox One for hours and hours (Non-Stop). Well, it's still a gadget, like computers it needs rest. So the best way to avoid this from happening (if ever this was true) is to be careful in using the console.

I still call bull on this story because we should be hearing more reports about it. I would also remind people again that Microsoft has stated multiple times that there is nothing to worry about becuase the leaking liquid thing isn't true. To me this is just an attention grabbing hoax, that managed to get some spotlight for a couple of days.

Even though it's a hoax, I prefer the outlandish conclusions here more.

Maybe the guy was playing so much on his Xbox that he couldn't distinguish reality from a game. Wonder what he was playing :)
