Xbox One vs. PlayStation 4 - Opinions

More debate on the console wars huh, well I think if Sony fixed the cooling issue from its PS3 days, it will be hardset to be beaten by Xbox One, it was so annoying while in the middle of your game your console just shuts down like that...

Just pick whichever one has the exclusives and the controller you prefer because other than that there is like no difference.

I don't even know why console gamers are bringing up specs because the difference between the two consoles is so minimal it literally makes no difference on a massive television screen.

I bought an Xbox One because I want to play Titanfall, Halo 5, and maybe Gears of War which I'm sure will be developed eventually.

Like Mario, Zelda and Smash Bros. for Nintendo and the Uncharted series for Sony, Halo is Microsoft's must have game for me.

I bought a Wii U for Nintendo the exclusives as well.

With Final Fantasy coming over to Xbox a long time ago and now Kingdom Hearts is coming to the Xbox One I decided I'll pass on a PS4 and Naughty Dog this time around.

I also find using the Kinect actually pretty fun and it works almost all the time for me.

I personally prefer the Sony exclusives: Uncharted, The Last of Us, God of War, Kingdom Hearts and they seem to have a better relationship in terms of Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid games.

I trust MS when it comes to the integration of services like apps and media and the like. Sony is playing catch up in that regard and PS4 just now seems to be making a compelling argument as an entertainment device.

I guess you didn't read my sentence? I said that Metal gear and Final Fantasy has a better relationship with Sony. Did Final Fantasy 14 come out for the 360? No, but it came out for the PS3. Also, I highly doubt you are gonna see Kingdom Hearts 3 on the Xbone.

If you want to count pixels and fps then go ahead. I've been on Xbox since the original one and on live for ten years. There's hardly any noticeable difference at the moment in games and Xbox live has never let me down and my credit card details are safe. It depends on what games you want to play which exclusives I mean. Titanfall is next for me and my son. The ps4 does have better guts inside than the Xbox that fact you can't hide from. Stopped reading the crap on ign, so many fan *****es. As regards for the xbone and it being media focused, I'm not really bothered to be honest. If I want to watch tv, I'll switch the Xbox off and put the telly on. I'm more focused on the gaming side of things and I do find the in game recording a very good addition.

Even though I'm in a xbox fan, I'll have to admit that the ps4 specs are better than xbox's. I think it's kinda hard to argue there since it's all laid out on simple form to see. But the hardware differences are small enough that I don't think it should matter too much. What'll matter way more are the games so we'll see. I was surprised to know that playstation doesn't support 4k gameplay? Can anyone confirm this?

Even though the Xbox One is a bit more expensive, it also offers a lot more features. It has better exclusives, the Kinect is very nice and the games are simply wonderful. I really enjoyed Ryse : Son of Rome and Dead Rising.

I got a PS4 prior to release thanks to Wal-Mart's shipping mistakes. Sold it last week and picked up the Xbox Titanfall bundle last night. Although I only have a few hours on it right now, I am so far much happier with the Xbox One. Look at the release titles and see which ones are better for you. You can't go wrong with either system. The companies won't be able to fully utilize the systems for several more years so I really don't think the PS4s hardware will really ever shine over the Xbox One.
